- 30 kisses milk chocolates
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1 ¼ tee spoon baking soda
- 1 tea spoon salt
- ¼ table spoon baking powder
- 1 1/3 cups water
1. In a large bowl mix together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. In another bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix it with a spoon until well blended.
3. Mix the first batter with the powdered mixture adding water until all well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups half full.
5. Place the milk chocolates on top of each cupcake.
6. Put the cupcakes into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
7. When baked let them cool completely.
8. When cooled spread orange frosting on top of each cupcake.
9. Decorate them with different kinds of candies for facial features: brownies for eyes, Reese's cups for nose and mouth, red rubber gum candies for hair etc.

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, sift before measuring
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten until frothy
1 cup mashed cooked or canned pumpkin
¾ cup milk
¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a bowl. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs. Blend in mashed pumpkin. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the milk, blending until batter is smooth after each addition; stir in chopped walnuts or pecans. Spoon batter into well-greased and floured or paper-lined muffin pan cups. Fill about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting, whipped cream, or leave plain. Makes about 24 cupcakes.
